The story, in order
I grew up inside the family tennis distribution business. Sales, customers, suppliers, marketing — I learned it on the job, from a teenager, in a real operation.
My own racket-sports distribution company, built from scratch to £1.3M annual turnover. The products, the brands, the retailers, the clubs — twenty-two years of running the whole thing: cash flow, suppliers, margins, marketing, fulfilment.

I sold life insurance with Principle Life while running Framework. The best sales education there is: listening, asking the right question, and never wasting someone's time.
I moved to Poland about fifteen years ago. Still British, still from Petersfield — and, to this day, every client of mine is a Hampshire business.

A Magento eCommerce agency I ran with offices in the UK, Poland and Dnipro, Ukraine. Online stores run as businesses — products, pricing, marketing, operations — not just built and handed over.

One accountable person: me. Self-taught end to end — design, development, eCommerce, hosting — and shaped by decades of running real operations, not just building for them. Every site built properly, from a rough idea.

Every client a Hampshire business. Websites, local SEO, socials, hosting — and a few custom apps I run myself. This site is one of the things I built this year.
