Before you sign
What happens if I cancel?
The straight answer, before you sign anything: Mark to choose — A: you keep the site and I hand you the files; B: the build fee paid for the build, the plan keeps it live, and it comes down 30 days after you stop — but you keep every photo, all your copy and your form data, and the domain was always yours.

Where is it hosted?
On a global edge network (Vercel), served from London. Static pages, so there's nothing to hack and nothing to slow down.
How fast is "fast"?
Green across the board in Lighthouse on every site I host. The honest win over builders is fewer requests and scripts, not smaller pictures.
Do you host WordPress?
For existing sites, yes — with updates and backups handled. New builds are static, which is faster and safer.
What counts as an edit?
Words, photos, prices, a new section, a new page on the Care Plan. A whole new feature is a quote.
Can I move to you from another host?
Yes. Send me the current login and I do the move with no downtime. Most take an afternoon.
