The brief
Eighty-nine flavours, every one made because a chef asked. Now every one has a page.
Mooka make gelato and sorbet in Steep Marsh for gastro-pubs, restaurants, caterers and parlours across the UK — sixty-one gelati, twenty-eight sorbets, and a new flavour whenever a chef needs one. The site had one job: let a chef find the flavour for their dish in seconds, and make ordering a sample the obvious next step.
