The brief

A butcher has no shopping cart. So the order form is the shop — it asks what you want, then hands the counter a job they can pick.

Morgan's have cut meat on Lavant Street since 1965. They didn't need a checkout — they needed a way for a regular to order the way they would over the counter: a BBQ box, a joint for Sunday, a delivery, or a plain question. The site turns each of those into a clear job the shop can pick, confirm and mark ready — with the opening hours and delivery area coming from one place the shop controls.

  • Take real orders without a cart, a checkout or a login
  • One enquiry that adapts to what the customer actually wants
  • Every order arrives as a job the counter can work, confirm and mark ready
