1. Introduction
This policy explains how MRJ (trading as baaark.com), registered in Poland (REGON 385160952, NIP PL7532455176), uses cookies and similar storage on baaark.com. Read it alongside the privacy policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Local storage is a similar mechanism that stays in the browser and is never sent to a server. Both are used here only for the purposes listed below.

4. Visit counting without cookies
We count visits with our own first-party counter. It records the page, the referrer, the country and a hash made from your IP address and browser with a salt that rotates every few days. No cookie is set, no identifier is stored in your browser, nothing is shared with a third party, and the hash cannot be reversed. This falls under our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works, and it is why the banner has no "analytics" switch: there is nothing to switch off.
5. Third parties
Payments and subscriptions happen on our billing site, wp.baaark.com (WordPress with SureCart and Stripe), which sets its own strictly necessary cookies for the cart and checkout. Embedded YouTube Shorts on case-study pages only load when you click them, and YouTube's own cookie policy applies from that point.
6. Managing cookies
- Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to change your choice at any time
- Your browser lets you view, block and delete cookies: see the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge
- Blocking the necessary cookies may stop the forms from working
7. Changes
If we ever add a tool that needs consent — say, analytics you can opt into — this list will change, the banner will ask again, and the date above will move.
