Subscription Terms

The specifics for hosting, care plans and other monthly services. These sit on top of the Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

These terms cover subscription services provided by MRJ (trading as baaark.com), registered in Poland (REGON 385160952, NIP PL7532455176). They supplement the Terms of Service.

2. What a subscription includes

  • Hosting on the BAAARK! Sites platform with a TLS certificate, automated backups and security monitoring
  • Care-plan edits and new sections as described in your plan
  • Technical support by email

3. Billing

  • Billed monthly or annually, in advance, on the renewal date, through Stripe on wp.baaark.com
  • Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and BLIK are accepted
  • Failed payments are retried three times; the service is suspended after the third failure and reactivated on payment

4. Changes and cancellation

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next renewal
  • Cancel by email to hello@baaark.com; the subscription ends at the next billing date and access continues until then
  • No refunds for partial periods

5. Service levels

  • Target uptime 99.9%; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance, emergency maintenance is not
  • Support during UK business hours; critical issues (site down, forms broken) are handled first

6. Data

  • Automated daily backups, kept for 30 days; restores on request
  • TLS everywhere, regular dependency updates, private storage for uploaded files
  • Your site's content and enquiries are yours; we export them for you if you leave

7. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your contact and billing details current
  • Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access
  • Keep your content lawful and within the Terms of Service

8. Changes to services and prices

We may change what a plan includes with 30 days' notice, or immediately for security reasons. Price changes come with 30 days' notice and never apply to a period already paid.

9. Termination

You can end a subscription at any time as above. We can end one for breach of the Terms, non-payment or illegal use, or with 30 days' notice if we stop offering a service — in which case we help you move.

10. Law

Polish law governs these terms; UK consumer rights and EU data-protection law are preserved.
